Addison Smith delivered this project under a Prime Contracting format. The project required demolition of the existing equipment and site. The project scope required grading of the central equipment yard site, electrical infrastructure, construction of architectural retaining walls and fencing. New concrete slabs for the new yard and equipment along with supporting civil work. The project included Daikin air-cooled chillers, pump packages, piping and supporting equipment.
