Addison Smith delivered this project under a Prime Contract Format. The project consisted of completion of the Central Energy Plant building and facilities. Housed within the energy plant building are 3 Centrifugal Chillers, Redesigned pump stations, Cooling Towers, ancillary support equipment and integration into the campus DDC Control System. The project involved a new campus loop of chilled water piping to support several existing building systems. The campus loop necessitated underground work and repair through existing roadways, campus walking paths and environmental control adjacent to existing lakes.
